Score
Score 0 of 100 · news 0. Hard data is scored against its own last few years: a normal day is 0, worse than 90% of its history is 80. The GPU cushion rows are the exception: they’re scored on fixed lines, explained on the how it works page.
Collateral cushion
What an hour of rent pays against what the chip costs to own. Above 1×, rent pays back the chip, its power and its space over a normal life. Below 1×, owners lose money on every hour but usually keep renting all the way down to the cash cost, so full cost isn’t a hard floor. We score on our mid case and Silicon Data Neo-Cloud rental index (SDH100RT, SDB200RT) (standardised observations).
| Chip | Rent an hour | Full cost | Cash cost | Cushion | Over cash | $ per PF-hour | Rent from |

What happened
Nothing new from the big indexes since Oct 24, when Silicon Data had H100 at $2.88 and B200 at $6.45 an hour and Ornn had B200 up to $9.57 in October. Search snippets also show list prices going up, like Nebius lifting on-demand H100 to $4.50 from $3.85 on Oct 1 (unverified, didn't open the page). Collateral's still holding its value.
What we watch
What an H100 or B200 rents for by the hour, against what the chip costs to own: the collateral cushion. Rent near full cost, or falling for several weeks, is watch; rent below full cost, or down more than about 15% in a month, is flashing.
